BODY ROCKERS
Movement that Builds Confidence, Not Competition
A fun, movement-based program for kids who need extra support to feel strong and confident in their bodies.
Body Rockers is a movement-based group program designed to support children aged 4 to 12 who need extra help with coordination, body awareness, and motor planning. Whether your child avoids physical activities, struggles to keep up in sport, or just needs a safe space to move their body — this is a fun, inclusive alternative to traditional programs.
Led by our accredited Exercise Physiologists, sessions include playful activities like balance bikes, skipping, obstacle courses, and ball skills. We focus on helping children build confidence, body control, and a sense of mastery — all in a non-competitive, judgement-free environment.
It’s about celebrating effort, encouraging participation, and moving for the joy of it.
Body Awareness
Helping kids understand where their body is in space and how it moves through different environments.
Motor Planning
Supporting kids to think through and carry out movement tasks — from jumping to climbing to catching.
Strength & Stability
Building core and foundational muscle strength for posture, endurance, and functional play.
Balance & Coordination
Using playful challenges like obstacle courses, balance bikes, and skipping to improve dynamic stability and movement control.
Confidence Through Movement
Creating a positive relationship with physical activity — celebrating small wins and progress, not perfection.
